As a relatively new creative agency , romp wanted to do things differently. One of it was by rethinking the way romp evaluate its employees’ performance.
The goal was to develop a digital platform that can facilitate leaders and employees with insights on how to improve their performance in a fair and meaningful way. Instead of conducting performance appraisal only once a year, romp wanted to give its employees a chance to be able to gain feedback regularly.
To undertake this task, the management of romp. decided to appoint a four employee task force to lead the whole process of rethinking and building this new system using the principles of design thinking — and I was one of them.
