A workshop on branding for fresh graduate and first jobbers

BagiKata is a local information and technology services company whose core business is to provide a platform that connects people with credible contributors and experts. In 2018, the company experimented with launching a series of offline classes, where they invite professionals to share their knowledge with the  platform’s community. The word “telaah” itself means “to dive deeper and to examine further” in Bahasa Indonesia.
I was invited by BagiKata to lead a session on branding and strategy. As the lead facilitator, I crafted the entire material by myself and took the initiative to divide the session into two parts; the first being a one way “downloading session” where I shared the  basic principles of branding to the group. 

Then I took the participants through a series of hands-on branding exercises, in order for them to experience and apply the knowledge that I had shared earlier. Most of the workshop participants were young professionals: either first jobbers and fresh graduates.
